You are responsible for booking your child's flights. We will fly out of DFW airport and into Vancouver International Airport (YVR) - then in reverse on the way back!

Here are the flights we recommend booking to ensure a leader is on the flight. You are free to book different flights, however your child needs to be in Vancouver before 3PM on July 1 and fly out of Vancouver no earlier than 8:35am on July 8th:

July 1 - Air Canada DFW to YVR (with a layover in Denver) 9:00am - 1:36pm (AC5629, AC575)

July 8 - Air Canada YVR to DFW (with a layover in Denver) 8:35am - 5:03pm (AC4095, AC3371)

COST: $1599, a deposit of $300 is required to hold your spot.

Money is nonrefundable after June 1.
